Position Overview

This position will provide administrative and project support to help keep office operations and project activities organized and running smoothly. This role offers a variety of responsibilities across office administration, project support, and marketing/business development. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 24–30 hours per week, with flexibility in the number of days worked and the specific hours scheduled.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office events, supplies, shipping and receiving, and office IT needs.
Provide editing and formatting support for proposals, reports, deliverables, marketing materials, and correspondence.
Assist with project administration, including financial tracking, vendor research and setup, schedule updates, and procurement.
Support team members with timesheets, expense reports, and employee onboarding.
Assist with marketing and business development proposals, including graphic development.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

Note: This position requires specific driving duties. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check required by our insurer.
