MBA Apartments is hiring!

We are looking for a property manager to join our team. We are family centered with features such as large apartments, a courtyard, and a pool for summertime fun! We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience but will consider all strong candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct property tours for potential residents and assist with the leasing process.

- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, lease agreements, and resident information.

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards.

- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management.

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and prospects.
