THE ROLE: GUEST RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Your mission: support the seamless operation of our salon & spa and help every guest leave happier than when they arrived. You'll be the first and last impression many people have of J Walker—and you'll set the tone for what luxury, connection, and true care look like.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

- Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Guide guests through every step of their visit, from coat check to refreshments to re-booking their next appointment.

- Connect service providers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.

- Educate guests about our luxury treatments, memberships, and promotions.

- Maintain a sparkling, welcoming reception area.

- Problem-solve and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Use salon software (Zenoti or similar), basic MS Office, and even post on social media when needed.

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU:

- Have at least 3 years' experience in a salon, spa, or luxury guest service environment.

- Are autonomous, adaptable, and coachable—always learning, always leading.

- Thrive on making things better for others (clients and coworkers alike).

- Live within 15 miles of our flagship location.

BONUS POINTS IF:

- You have experience with Zenoti or similar salon management software.

- You're social media savvy and comfortable with sales/merchandising.

- You hold a college degree (preferred but not required).
