What You'll Do
Every home is different, but our clients expect thorough, professional service. Depending on the job, you'll perform tasks such as:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Sanitizing and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and high touch surfaces
- Deep cleaning when requested
- Using cleaning products safely and effectively on a variety of surfaces
- Following client instructions while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Our cleaners work independently, manage their time efficiently, and leave every home looking its best.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential cleaning experience
- Strong knowledge of effective cleaning methods and proper use of cleaning products
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in consistently delivering high quality work
- Professional communication and a friendly, respectful attitude with clients
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and solve problems on the job
- Physically able to perform the demands of residential cleaning, including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive movement throughout the day
- Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and professional grade cleaning equipment and supplies
- A smartphone to manage your schedule
- Willing to serve homes within ~25 miles of your location in Northern/Central NJ
- General liability insurance, or willing to obtain affordable coverage (we can point you in the right direction)
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor, managing your own taxes, with no benefits provided
- Able to pass a basic background check

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
