Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to provide tailored recommendations.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote financial products and services.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve client satisfaction.
Assist clients with benefits administration and insurance sales, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance client outreach.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
Provide telemarketing support as needed to generate leads and expand client base.
Leverage multilingual capabilities to serve diverse clientele effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse client base.
Solid analytical skills to assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience in insurance sales is a plus, along with knowledge of benefits administration practices.
Proficiency in customer service principles, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
