Full Job Description

Are you a recent graduate taking a gap year before applying to SLP graduate school? Looking for paid, hands-on clinical experience that strengthens your application?

The Aspiring SLP & ABA Program (ASAP) at CST Academy offers a unique opportunity to work as an ABA therapist, gain real-world experience, observe speech therapy sessions, and receive structured mentorship in a leading multidisciplinary clinic.

What You’ll Do:

Provide ABA therapy to young children (ages 2-5)
Observe speech therapy sessions to gain clinical exposure
Receive comprehensive training & develop behavior intervention skills
Participate in grad school prep workshops & mentorship
Collaborate with a team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Psychology, Education, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
