Full Job Description

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm sales agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Duties

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

```Qualifications```
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual) a plus but not a deal breaker
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual skills are a plus

Willing to obtain insurance license
