WD Electronics | Full-Time | In Person

WD Electronics is a fast-growing leader in off-road electronics, building premium products for enthusiasts and professionals who demand performance.

We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to take ownership of key dealer relationships, drive measurable revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not a passive account management role. You will be expected to actively grow accounts, identify opportunities, and play a direct role in scaling the business.

Overview
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing WD Electronics customers. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, ensuring customer success, and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption within each account.
You will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to overall company growth.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

Grow revenue within assigned accounts by X–X%
Increase product adoption across key dealer accounts
Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction
Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
Build strong, consistent communication cadence with all accounts
Become a trusted advisor to customers, not just a vendor

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building

Own and expand a portfolio of dealer accounts, driving consistent revenue growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product questions, and account needs
Build long-term partnerships with dealers and business customers

Revenue Growth

Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Help customers maximize the value of WD Electronics products and solutions
Support revenue growth through strong account development

Customer Success

Ensure customers are successful with WD Electronics products through onboarding, product education, and ongoing support
Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Customer Insights & Feedback

Gather feedback from customers to identify improvement opportunities and product enhancements
Monitor account health and identify potential retention risks

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are aligned with company initiatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities within existing accounts
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Interest in the off-road, automotive, or powersports industry is a plus

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
