Among the tools used to create this better way and experience are Domani Preneed, a full-service preneed solution for funeral homes, Domanicare, the award-winning revolutionary aftercare platform, and Domani for Grief, a tool created by grief experts to assist funeral homes in providing best-in-class resources to their families.

Funeral Planning Center (FPC) - Part Time Account Planner - Orem, UT

Overview

Domani Preneed is a sales and marketing organization committed to leading the funeral profession by providing a better way for families to prepare for and cope with tomorrow’s loss. We have funeral home clients across the country and sell a range of products to funeral homes as well as funeral insurance to families on their behalf.

The role of the Account Planner is to set the industry’s highest quality appointments for the sales team across the country.

Responsibilities

Appointment Setting:

The Account Planner will spend 100% of their time making calls to schedule appointments.

Set quality appointments for counselors to present the Advanced Planning Guide and services/materials from our partner funeral homes
Efficiently manage & follow-up on leads through our CRM system
Represent our funeral home partners in a professional and caring manner
Attend company meetings, team meetings and one on one training meetings

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Good typing skills.
Ability to navigate G-Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, and etc.)
Ability to relate to the pre-need market: common sense, compassion and empathy
Ability to build relationships
Ability to sit for long periods of time on the phone using a headset
Ability to work any designated shift in the Planning Center
Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Ability to stay on task and not be a distraction to others

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma/GED or higher
1-3 years of sales experience or relevant experience required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
