Full Job Description

Clinic Overview

Top Level Performance Rehab is a cash-pay sports and performance physical therapy clinic serving lifters, CrossFitters, high school athletes, and active adults. Care is individualized, movement-based, and strength-focused, with an emphasis on long-term outcomes and high clinical standards.

This clinic operates without insurance constraints, double booking, or high-volume scheduling. Physical therapists are given the time, autonomy, and support to practice intentionally and deliver a high-level of care. Full-time expectation is 34 patient sessions/week.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing sports and performance rehab clinic. This role involves one-on-one patient care in a gym-based environment, working across the rehab-to-performance continuum with motivated, active individuals.

Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop plan's of care for general and athletic population
Deliver 1-on-1, hour-long physical therapy sessions
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Treat orthopedic, sports, and performance-based conditions
Progress patients using a strength focused approach
Educate patients on injury prevention, performance, and long-term health
Collaborate within a gym setting alongside strength coaches and athletes
Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
Contribute to clinic systems, culture, and continued growth
Educate on basic barbell lifting mechanics, functional movement patterns, and carry out return to sport plans

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or license-eligible)
Strong foundation in orthopedics and sports/performance rehab
Interest in sports, strength training, and active populations
Clear communication and professional presence
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small team
Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
Genuine investment in patient outcomes, relationship building, and overall patient well-being
Interest in mentorship, leadership, or future clinic development

Preferred:

Experience working with athletes or active adults
Dry needling, manual therapy, or performance certifications
History of treating or participating in a competitive sport or lifting sport (body building, power lifting, CrossFit, etc.)
