Full Job Description

About Us

TLS Truck & Trailer Repair Shop is looking for an experienced and highly organized Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage the shop’s daily accounting operations, vendor accounts, parts receiving, inventory records, and financial documentation.

We welcome candidates from retail, restaurants and other industries. What matters most is strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, organization, and experience working with vendors and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Enter vendor bills and prepare payments.
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, returns, and account discrepancies.
Prepare customer invoices and record incoming payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
Track expenses and maintain organized supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end closing and prepare regular financial reports for management.
Work closely with shop management, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations
Experience working with vendors and processing inventory or product receipts.
Professional fluency in both English and Russian is required.
