We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and sales-driven individuals with a passion for design and organization. Successful Design Consultants at Closet Factory not only close company-generated leads but also use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and grow their self-generated business opportunities, earning higher commissions. The ideal candidate will possess emotional maturity, a vibrant personality, a desire to learn and grow, and most importantly, a customer-centric focus.

What You Will Do:
As a Design Consultant, you will work closely with homeowners to assess their storage needs and deliver tailored design solutions. Your typical day will include:

In-home consultations with prospective clients
Measuring spaces, discussing organizational needs, and reviewing options, features, and budgets
Designing custom solutions using our CAD Design software
Quoting, securing contracts, and following up on installations
Managing client relationships and supporting the sales process from design to installation

We custom-manufacture all projects at our state-of-the-art factory in Elk Grove Village, ensuring top-tier quality and service. Our team of designers, fabricators, and installers are all highly trained and in-house employees. Closet Factory is also proud to be Costco and Lowes exclusive nationwide provider of in-home custom closets and cabinets, providing a significant lead source.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas and closing sales
Interior design or home improvement-related sales experience is a plus
Proficiency with Windows software programs; design software experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Open to taking a Predictive Analytics test
