The job in a nutshell: To keep retail display units continually stocked with products, maintaining the expectations of all sales/marketing plans and all company merchandising standards.
What that means: Retrieve merchandise from customer’s storage location and place on shelves and in other retail display units, using a 6-wheel cart or pallet jack. Continually facing & rotating product, placing newest product on the bottom or the back of the displays/shelves. Build new retail displays. Other duties as assigned. It is a physically demanding job and you will need to repetitively lift up to 60lbs. Must be able to frequently push, pull, bend, reach, stoop, stand and walk. Must be able to work in all types of climates.
Success is defined as being able to successfully work side by side with a co-worker and your supervisor learning the job. The first 30-60-90 days will be a review period for both you and the company to make sure that you understand your job and feel like it is a position that you can be successful in. - Able and willing to work any day of the week, including weekends (basically knowing this is not a Monday through Friday job) and the hours will be 10-630pm, 1130 - 8pm, and 10-630pm depending on the day.
