Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Administrative Assistant for a nationally respected nonprofit healthcare organization committed to strengthening communities through lifesaving services, innovation, and compassionate care. This full-time, onsite opportunity in Tampa, Florida offers the chance to join a collaborative Human Resources team supporting employees who make an extraordinary impact on patients, families, and communities every day.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This HR Administrative Assistant role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior Human Resources leadership while supporting a wide variety of HR operations, employee programs, onboarding initiatives, and administrative projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to senior Human Resources leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, leadership development programs, employee recognition initiatives, and special events.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, job descriptions, policies, directories, and HRIS data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reporting, and benefits enrollment activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, expense documentation, meeting materials, and committee minutes while coordinating departmental projects.
Serve as the primary HR office receptionist while providing outstanding customer service to employees, vendors, and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting Human Resources, executive administration, or office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HRIS experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
