Full Job Description

Metals company in Lithia Springs is looking for a highly self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and growing company. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and potential for incentive commission and additional bonus compensation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Understand the concepts of our business and industry to achieve sales goals

· Respond to and process existing customer requests which lead to quality service and sales

· Proactively generate new customer relationships and sales by making calls to prospects

· Obtain new leads by telephone and email (inside sales)

· Develop and maintain working knowledge of company's internal applications and processes

· Coordinate with internal and external delivery chain to meet customer expectations

· Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the metals industry

· Ability to balance multiple tasks with an attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect quickly with people especially over the phone

· Dependable, determined, and results-oriented customer focus

· Good organization and time management skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
