Work Location: Hybrid remote and in-person throughout Metro Atlanta
Required Weekly Availability
Applicants must be consistently available for the following coaching schedule:
- Wednesdays from 2:30–4:30 p.m. for soccer classes
- Saturdays from approximately 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., beginning September 12, for MLS GO programming
The position also includes approximately five additional outreach hours per week, generally completed during weekday school business hours.

Compensation
- $20 per hour for approved outreach work
- $20 per completed coaching class
- Each separately scheduled class is paid as an individual session, including back-to-back classes
- $200 bonus for each new school that officially launches a paid Tiny Titans Sports program
- $100 monthly gas stipend
- Opportunities for additional coaching hours and increased responsibilities as the company grows
The school-launch bonus is earned after the new school officially begins a paid Tiny Titans Sports program.

As Tiny Titans Sports continues to grow, we are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and motivated team member who can coach weekly youth sports classes while also helping introduce our programs to new schools.
Position Overview
The Youth Sports Outreach Representative & Coach will have two primary responsibilities:
- Coaching Tiny Titans soccer and MLS GO programs
- Helping develop relationships with schools, preschools, childcare centers, and other potential community partners
This person will lead age-appropriate sports classes, communicate professionally with parents and school staff, and represent Tiny Titans Sports throughout Metro Atlanta.
The outreach portion of the role includes researching prospective school partners, making phone calls, sending emails, visiting schools in person, following up with interested directors, and helping schedule free Tiny Titans demonstration days.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, is comfortable meeting new people, and wants to grow alongside an expanding youth sports organization.
Youth Sports Coaching Responsibilities
- Lead or assist with Tiny Titans soccer classes for children ages 2–8
- Coach soccer classes on Wednesdays from 2:30–4:30 p.m.
- Coach MLS GO programming on Saturdays from approximately 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., beginning September 12
- Follow the Tiny Titans curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create an energetic, encouraging, safe, and positive environment
- Teach introductory soccer and basketball skills through games and developmentally appropriate activities
- Encourage confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, children, and other Tiny Titans coaches
- Participate in training provided by Tiny Titans Sports
- Arrive on time and consistently fulfill all scheduled coaching commitments
Outreach Responsibilities
- Complete approximately five outreach hours per week
- Research schools, preschools, childcare centers, and other potential Tiny Titans partners
- Develop new prospects independently while also contacting leads provided by Tiny Titans Sports
- Contact school directors and administrators through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Introduce school leaders to Tiny Titans soccer and basketball programs
- Use Tiny Titans sales scripts, email templates, flyers, and promotional materials
- Build positive, professional relationships with school directors and administrators
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective school partners
- Schedule free Tiny Titans sports demonstration days with interested schools
- Lead engaging soccer or basketball demonstrations for children ages 2–8
- Help guide interested schools from the initial conversation to an active Tiny Titans partnership
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity, school contacts, follow-ups, and scheduled demonstrations
- Represent Tiny Titans Sports professionally throughout Metro Atlanta
Typical Outreach Schedule
Outreach work will generally take place during weekday school business hours.
Preferred outreach availability includes:
- Weekday mornings between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Some early-afternoon availability between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Approximately five outreach hours per week
The outreach schedule may vary depending on school meetings, scheduled demonstrations, program seasons, and new partnership opportunities.
Service Area
Applicants should be comfortable traveling throughout Metro Atlanta, including:
- Atlanta
- Decatur
- Brookhaven
- Tucker
- Stone Mountain
- Duluth
- Sandy Springs
- Chamblee
- Alpharetta
- Surrounding Metro Atlanta communities
A $100 monthly gas stipend will be provided to assist with outreach-related travel.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be consistently available Wednesdays from 2:30–4:30 p.m.
- Must be available Saturdays from approximately 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. during active MLS GO seasons
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Current automobile insurance required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outreach calls and introducing services to new organizations
- Comfortable visiting schools and childcare centers in person
- Confident speaking with school owners, directors, administrators, teachers, and parents
- Self-motivated and able to develop new prospects independently
- Organized and consistent with follow-up communication
- Dependable, professional, energetic, and personable
- Comfortable leading sports activities for groups of young children
- Previous sales, outreach, marketing, business-development, or customer-service experience preferred
- Previous experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, or working with children preferred
- Soccer or basketball experience is a plus but is not required
- Must be willing to complete Tiny Titans Sports training
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is dependable above everything else. Parents, children, schools, and other coaches will rely on this person to consistently arrive on time and be prepared for every scheduled class.
This person should enjoy working with young children and bring patience, energy, encouragement, and professionalism to every coaching session.
The ideal candidate should also be outgoing without being overly aggressive, comfortable starting conversations with new people, and confident introducing Tiny Titans Sports to school directors and administrators.
They should be able to walk into a school, explain the program professionally, learn about the school’s needs, follow up consistently, and create excitement about bringing youth sports programming to its students.
