Overview
JTC Property Maintenance is looking to hire a reliable Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Crew Member to help with mowing, light landscape projects, fall cleanups, and winter snow removal.
This position will assist with day-to-day property maintenance work. The main focus right away will be helping with the remainder of the mowing season, followed by fall cleanups and snow removal work during the winter season.
We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Lawn care, landscaping, mowing, trimming, or snow removal experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Mowing lawns on residential and commercial properties
- Trimming around buildings, trees, fences, landscape beds, and other obstacles
- Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces
- Helping with light landscape projects, including mulch, rock, bed cleanup, and overgrowth removal
- Assisting with fall cleanups, leaf removal, and seasonal property cleanup work
- Helping with snow removal during the winter season
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Following directions and completing work safely and efficiently
- Representing JTC Property Maintenance in a professional manner while on customer properties
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must be able to perform physical outdoor work
- Must be able to lift, carry, rake, shovel, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be willing to work in different weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Lawn care, landscaping, mowing, trimming, or snow removal experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, trailers, or snow equipment is a plus
- Pay will be based on experience, reliability, and ability to perform the work.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
