This is a consultative sales role where you'll guide prospective clients into the right Pilates program while creating an exceptional client experience.

Primary ResponsibilitiesSales (Primary Responsibility)
Your number one responsibility is helping prospective clients become members.
You will:
- Convert incoming inquiries into memberships and packages
- Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients
- Book introductory sessions
- Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Recommend the best membership based on each client's goals
- Ask for the sale with confidence
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Track sales activity and conversion metrics
Client Experience
- Welcome every client warmly
- Learn client names and build relationships
- Deliver a five-star experience every visit
- Handle concerns professionally
- Support instructors and leadership
- Help create an organized, positive environment
Front Desk Operations
- Schedule appointments and classes
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages promptly
- Keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Team Responsibilities
Everyone on our team takes ownership of the studio.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning Pilates equipment throughout your shift
- Folding towels
- Restocking supplies
- Vacuuming and light housekeeping
- Cleaning and stocking bathrooms
- Organizing retail displays
- Completing opening and closing checklists
We believe no task is beneath anyone—including the owner.
Required Experience
We strongly prefer candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Membership sales
- Boutique fitness
- Gym sales
- Personal training sales
- Medical office treatment coordination
- Dental or chiropractic offices
- Spa or Med Spa sales
- Luxury retail sales
- Furniture sales
- Cellular sales
- Hospitality sales
- Commission-based customer service
Experience working toward quotas, KPIs, or commission is highly preferred.

- Tuesday: 4:15 PM – 7:45 PM
- Thursday: 4:15 PM – 7:45 PM
