About the Role

Are you looking for a dynamic job where your hard work directly determines your paycheck? We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and reliable Room Attendants to join our resort team.

Unlike traditional hourly jobs, we offer an attractive pay-per-room structure ranging from $17 to $32 per room, depending on the size and type of the room. The faster and more efficiently you work (while maintaining high-quality standards), the more money you make!

Job Type: Part-Time (with a strong potential to transition to Full-Time based on your performance and resort occupancy).
Schedule: Weekends Required (Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days!).
Location: Resort Environment (On-site).

Key Responsibilities

Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms and suites according to resort luxury standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities/guest supplies.
Organize, stock, and maintain your cleaning cart at the beginning and end of each shift.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items immediately.
Welcome guests with a friendly smile and a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

Availability to work weekends and holidays is a MUST.
Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!
Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage your time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs regularly.
Safe handling of standard cleaning chemicals (protective equipment provided).
