Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our Storefront Division’s sales. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by managing a high-performing sales focused on B2B (business-to-business) and enterprise client engagement. Your leadership will foster a customer-centric approach, leveraging technology sales expertise, management skills, and innovative marketing strategies to exceed sales goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence sales strategies, develop key client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams within a dynamic corporate environment. Your expertise in SaaS solutions like Togal.ai, Smartglazier, Monday.com CRM system, and sales analytics will be essential in shaping our success and expanding our market presence.

Duties

Lead, motivate, and develop the inside sales team to meet or surpass sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the storefront division’s objectives, utilizing insights from sales analytics and reporting tools.
Manage key client relationships through proactive communication, negotiation, and account management to foster long-term partnerships.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from quote creation to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness within the B2B sector.
Utilize Monday.com CRM proficiently to track pipeline activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing accounts through strategic outreach and enterprise selling techniques.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, customer service, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends using advanced analysis skills to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or SaaS environment.
Strong management background with experience leading business development management or sales leadership teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems including Salesforce Cloud; familiarity with sales management systems is essential.
Demonstrated success in managing sales strategy or development teams while meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.
Technical sales experience with SaaS products is highly desirable; understanding of technology solutions enhances client engagement capabilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics & reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate across functions such as marketing, product management, and technical support for cohesive strategy execution.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams at an executive level or developing high-potential team members.
