University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College at North Little Rock is an integral part of the Arkansas Technical and Community College System maintained by the State of Arkansas. The college is governed by the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees and a seven-member Board of Visitors and derives its support largely from student tuition and fees and legislative appropriations.

Records
Department's Website:
- Sorts or supervises sorting of all incoming documents for processing.
- Accurately Indexes all imaged items.
- Produces high quality (clear, legible, does not require rotation) images of all documents submitted to Records.
- Assists in training and supervision of other workers who are indexing documents to ensure accuracy and quality of images.
- Manages supply orders including standard office supplies, transcript paper, graduation supplies, etc.
- Processes student requests such as unofficial transcripts, letter of good standing, and immunization requests.
- Maintains ability to resolve constituent's questions and to know when to consult with the other staff members and Registrars, including the presence of mind to use authority wisely.
- Exhibits exemplary organizational and customer service skills, assuring the maintenance of the highest levels of professionalism and office decorum.
- Provides essential information and problem resolution.
- Ensures accurate and effective representation of the College and follow-through with prospective students, enrolled students, business community and high school officials.
- Performs front office operations.
- Serves as primary phone customer service agent.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
