Full Job Description

Job Title: Architectural Millwork Drafter-FULLY IN PERSON

RGC Millwork, a leading provider of custom millwork solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Millwork Drafter to join our team in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities:

Must have AutoCAD proficiency
Create 2D and 3D drawings of custom millwork products using AutoCAD and Microvellum software, including casework, cabinetry, fixtures, and architectural elements
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fabricators to ensure accurate and efficient production of high-quality millwork products
Interpret and analyze complex architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to develop accurate and detailed millwork drawings
Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative design ideas to life
Create bill of materials (BOM) and cutlists to support production processes
Maintain project documentation and drawings, including version control and archival procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience drafting, using AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
Ability to interpret and analyze complex architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Passion for custom millwork design and a drive to create beautiful, unique products
Location: In Office NOT REMOTE or HYBRID

Salary: Salary is dependent on experience.
