Marketing and Communications Assistant

Location: Lakewood, Colorado (In-Office Position)

Pay: $21-$26/hr (based on experience)

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting our Marketing Manager with the day-to-day marketing operations across our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone beginning their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, event coordination, and administrative marketing support. You'll work alongside an experienced marketing professional while developing valuable skills that can lead to future growth within our organization.

How You Will Make A Difference:

Order and track marketing supplies, promotional items, and printed materials.
Setting up and assisting with resident and employee events.
Prepare and coordinate move-in baskets and resident welcome gifts.
Assist with deliveries of marketing materials to apartment communities.
Organize and maintain marketing inventory, storage, and promotional supplies.
Support social media scheduling and prepare digital marketing assets.
Assist with basic graphic design edits using templates and branded materials.
Help update and maintain marketing campaigns across multiple communities.
Maintain marketing calendars, spreadsheets, and project tracking.
Coordinate marketing requests from on-site property teams.
Ensure apartment communities have the marketing materials and resources needed to support leasing efforts.

Ready To Grow With Us? Here Is What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of marketing, administrative, internship, or related experience.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for occasional travel between properties.

Competitive hourly pay $21-$26/hr (based on experience).
Accrued PTO starting from your first day on the job.
PTO begins at two weeks accrued, with additional weeks added at milestone years of 4, 6, and 10 (up to 5 weeks total).
