Full Job Description

Great opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual that considers themselves a people-person. This position is the first point of contact for our patients, so the ideal candidate should possess exemplary, "Nordstrom-type", customer service/concierge skills and enjoy building relationships with the patient through one-on-one communication.

This is an extremely busy surgical practice. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize the patients' needs above all else, without compromising customer service.

Prior experience in a surgical/health care setting is preferred.

Customer service experience is required.

Previous experience that demonstrates advanced office, phone and computer skills is required.

This is a full time position; Monday-Friday.

**Candidates must be willing to work at both our Denver and Golden offices.**

Full-time (40 hours per week).

Summary

In the role of Patient Advocate|Medical Front Desk, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support within a medical office environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical records management and clerical duties to ensure smooth operations. Your proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems will enhance patient interactions and streamline office processes. With a focus on customer service, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for patients while efficiently managing front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the medical facility, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, utilizing EMR systems and maintaining accurate medical records.
Handle multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and address patient inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
