Impactful Leadership Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Program Director is to provided supervision and management to their clinical team, which may consist of professionals and paraprofessionals who provide mental health and/or substance abuse counseling services at our outpatient program. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of management of their particular program and staff, including oversight of clinical quality, utilization, chart compliance, policy and procedure compliance and any other administrative task. In addition, the Program Director will lead and collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to oversee the formulation of individualized treatment plans, to staff cases clinically, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Program Director may be required to carry a case load as needed.

On-call for site when assistance is necessary
Contributes to orientation and training for new employees identified for each site
Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and DSM-IV, as well as updated revisions
Maintain ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance of services provided
Maintains communication and contact with staff to monitor key performance indicators
Provides clinical supervision and administrative oversight to therapists
Candidate Requirements:
Must reside within the State of Florida
Licensed: Have an active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marirage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License in the State of Florida.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the population
Must have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals in order to facilitate participation toward common goals and objectives
General Computer skills
May be required to carry a caseload as needed
Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve OPTimal work life balance, and facilitate team to do the same
Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform, and mentor teach and train team members on EMR
We will review Candidates who have degrees or majors in the following: Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, & Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
In order for these curriculums to qualify transcripts must include at least four class codes that contain content from the following areas: Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamic of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders.
