ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead, coordinate, and support IT projects as directed, ensuring their successful deployment to the assigned Cresco region.
Coordinate with internal IT personnel, third-party service providers, and various other stakeholders to deliver seamless IT services, support, and new system implementations to the assigned region.
Provide proactive IT support to end users, including device upgrades and security patches.
Deploy, track, and manage IT equipment lifecycle activities, including provisioning new assets, coordinating disposal and recycling, and maintaining accurate records of asset disposition in internal systems.
Participate in company-wide projects as directed, representing the Cresco IT department as a department liaison.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction with assigned internal customers.
Proactively learn new technologies and bring forward for assessment technology and process improvements that may benefit the company.
Partner with the other IT Project and Support Coordinator(s), maintain and/or create:
Website resources, website certificates, and website traffic analytics
Apple Business Connect
Cresco internal AI assistants, Copilot solutions, and third-party AI solutions
Internal application automations
Informer Dashboards
Coordination of services provided by third-party internet and printer management service providers.
Provide backup IT support and project assistance for other regions, as needed or directed.
Travel locally up to 75% of the time to Cresco stores within the region, with occasional overnight travel, operating company or personal vehicle as needed.
Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
JOB SCOPE
This position serves in the capacity of the IT Project & Support Coordinator. General discretion and judgment are exercised routinely in the execution of job duties. If errors in judgment or professional execution of responsibilities are made, the consequences to the business unit can be significant.
INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS
Internal contacts consist of all levels of positions in the company from business unit leaders to entry positions. This position regularly deals with employees in exchange of information in person, writing, via telephone or by electronic transfer. Sensitivity is required in dealing with such information and decisions concerning the release or sharing of that information. External contacts may consist customers, vendors, visitors, and consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field; and a minimum of five (5) years of progressively advanced IT experience, preferably in a heavy industrial environment; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years of experience in the following required:
IT troubleshooting
Customer service
PC and Network hardware troubleshooting, including wireless AP’s
Windows operating system
Office 365 application support
IOS device support
Cybersecurity, including phishing identification
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Required language skills and abilities include clear and professional technical communication and documentation, written and verbal. Must be able to explain IT issues and solutions to non-technical users, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and document processes and updates. Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Required math skills and abilities include basic arithmetic, analytical, and tracking capabilities. Must be able to perform math required to manage inventories, interpret metrics, analyze reports and trends, reconcile asset records, and evaluate systems.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Required computer skills and abilities include proficiency in IT systems support, device management, and business applications. Must be able to deploy hardware, manage asset tracking systems, support and administer cloud and web-based tools (including AI platforms, dashboards, and automation solutions), and maintain systems security and apply updates.
REASONING ABILITY
Required reasoning skills and abilities include problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability. Must be able to diagnose technical issues, prioritize support needs, coordinate solutions across systems and stakeholders, evaluate new technologies, identify process improvements, and support project execution.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours worked will mirror the business operations which typically runs Monday -Friday. May work more than eight consecutive hours at a time or more than 40 hours in a 7-day work period depending on work demands. Occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary. Travel will be required to branch locations, company events, professional development and industry conferences. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, have access to reliable transportation and must be able to travel via most efficient mode for work related travel i.e., airplane.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to use hands or fingers to handle/feel objects, reach with hands/arms, and talk or hear Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must continuously lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Most work performed is in an office environment with climate and noise controls. Occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and/or vibration may occur when working in warehouse or shop environment. Occasional exposure to outside weather may occur when walking between buildings and when travelling. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in work areas where it is required.
