As our Client Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience while keeping our clinic running smoothly.

About Engage Therapy & Wellness

Engage Therapy & Wellness is a growing neurological specialty practice dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's disease, stroke, concussion, dizziness, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, and other neurological conditions regain confidence and improve their quality of life.

We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, one-on-one care while creating an environment where both patients and team members feel supported.

What You'll Do

As a Client Coordinator, you will:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments
Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibility
Collect co-pays and process payments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Coordinate referrals and physician communications
Assist therapists with daily scheduling needs
Maintain accurate patient records within our electronic medical record
Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently
Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Preferred:

Previous medical office or healthcare experience
Experience with insurance verification or medical scheduling
Customer service experience
Strong computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with electronic medical records is a plus but not required.
