Home Care Aide Needed for Elderly Male in Bozeman, MT

Job Summary

Care Planning Institute, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Aide to provide in-home care services to an elderly male in Bozeman, MT. As a Home Care Aide with our agency, you will play a vital role in helping our client maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance to the client, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Communicate effectively with the client and your supervisor
Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality

Requirements

Experience as a Home Care Aide, Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or PCA
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Must pass a background check and TB test
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour (base rate of $24/hour with a $4/hour bonus, you get this bonus when completing all assigned shifts during the week)
