Job Title: Administrative Assistant

WAGE: $20.00/hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

SUPERVISOR: Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY: Reach, Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to provide front-office and administrative support. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting with records, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming and professional front-office experience
Answer and route phone calls, voicemail messages, and other communications
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and management team members
Perform data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and record maintenance
Maintain and update organizational forms, directories, calendars, client records, and other documents
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and general office organization
Enter and update information in Excel, Med Compass, and other organizational systems
Maintain confidential client, employee, and organizational information
Communicate professionally with clients, families, employees, visitors, and community partners
Assist with additional administrative and organizational duties as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Reliable means of transportation

Training Requirements: Required orientation and medication certification must be completed within 30 days of employment. CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 120 days. Employees must maintain required certifications and attend required trainings and meetings.
