Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process
Learn the Wholesaling Process
Learn to aquire Subject To Deals
Learn how to Invest in Real Estate, Flipping Houses, Add On and Full Development
Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining fair housing regulations compliance
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial listing or buying consultation to closing, including managing paperwork and legal documentation
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels, including digital platforms and social media
Build strong client rapport through personalized communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions

Skills

Proven expertise in negotiation, sales techniques, and deal closing within the real estate industry
Strong marketing skills with experience in promoting properties effectively across multiple platforms
Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse client bases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales technology adoption tools for efficient workflow management
In-depth knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices
Excellent communication skills for practicing real estate, client rapport building, and managing negotiations confidently
Organizational skills with administrative experience supporting managing real estate transactions and team coordination
Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis techniques to advise clients accurately on property values and investment opportunities
