Commercial Restoration Sales Executive - Commercial Roofing

Location: Southeast, Northeast, & Midwest (Territories Available) Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) | Commission-Only Based

About the Role

Crosby Roofing is expanding our Commercial Storm Restoration division and is looking for experienced commercial roofing sales professionals who want the freedom to grow their own territory while being backed by an established team.

If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, helping commercial property owners navigate storm damage, and earning uncapped commissions, we’d love to talk.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives working independently but values having proven systems behind them.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are someone who…

Already works in commercial roofing or commercial storm restoration.
Knows how to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
Has experience selling insurance-funded roofing projects.
Extreme self-starter and comfortable working independently.
Enjoys building relationships with property owners and property managers.
Wants the opportunity to earn six figures - through commissions.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new business with commercial property owners and property management companies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, property managers, referral partners, and key decision-makers.
Generate your own pipeline through cold calling, networking, door knocking, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other business development efforts.
Research and profile commercial properties and ownership groups to identify qualified storm restoration opportunities.
Schedule and perform commercial roof inspections following Crosby Roofing’s inspection standards.
Safely access and inspect commercial flat roofs using ladders and document findings thoroughly.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial prospecting through project completion, while partnering with Crosby’s Public Adjuster network during the insurance claims process.
Communicate inspection findings, recommendations, and next steps clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Manage your sales pipeline, CRM, follow-up activities, and territory with discipline and consistency.
Travel frequently throughout your territory and other impacted regions.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing or commercial storm restoration sales experience.
Proven success developing business through cold prospecting.
Experience managing long sales cycles.
Comfortable climbing commercial roofs and conducting inspections.
Strong understanding of insurance restoration.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout your territory.
