Full Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining residential and/or commercial swimming pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and operating properly. If you enjoy working outdoors, problem-solving, and hands-on work, this could be a great fit. Please note that this is a full time, but seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

Clean and service swimming pools on a regular route
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
Identify and report repair needs
Perform minor repairs and maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers about pool conditions
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Pool experience preferred but training available for the right candidate

Preferred (but not required):

Prior pool service or maintenance experience
CPO certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge
Customer service experience
