Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a flair for innovative menu planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with quality standards.
Manage menu planning, incorporating diverse culinary styles and dietary considerations to appeal to a broad audience.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper handling practices across all kitchen activities.
Control inventory levels through effective inventory management and inventory control practices, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation of dishes.
Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, managing staffing schedules and ensuring smooth workflow from food production to service.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant management with a strong background in culinary arts.
Extensive banquet experience along with supervising experience in a high-volume setting.
Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitizing procedures, and dietary department requirements.
Demonstrated ability in food production, menu planning, and managing food service operations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams as a chef, including shift management and staff development.
Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and serving guests.
