Full Job Description

We are a very busy general dental practice with in house specialists, looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist, who is available to work at least 35 hours per week. The right candidate must have knowledge of all dental insurances, dental codes and must be computer literate, with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred. We are looking for the right candidate who is energetic and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
-Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
-Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries
-Verify patient insurance information and process billing and payments
-Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
-Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
-Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
-Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
-Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

Front desk: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
