Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospitalist opportunity.

Current CA state license is a plus.

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial – Lodi, California

This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center.

190-bed hospital with a 10-bed open ICU.

Annual volume of 7,396.
-
Codes: Days are ICU, Nights are EM but expected to be there to support/run.

No procedures or vent management required but intensivist is primary rounder from 7am-5pm (then on call).

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
