Full Job Description

Lead the floor. Grow the team. Own the top tech seat at a fast-growing pharmacy.

Proveri Pharmacy Services is a hospice and long-term care pharmacy on a serious growth run — Stockton, Modesto, Fresno, and March Lane. We're hiring a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to run technician operations across our sites and set the standard for how the floor works.

This is Level 5 — the highest technician role at Proveri. If you're a strong senior tech ready to step into leadership, this is your seat.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

The floor. Build schedules, clear bottlenecks, keep every queue moving, and make sure cycle fills go out on time across sites.
The team. Train, coach, and develop technicians. Run tech meetings. Set clear accuracy and productivity standards.
The hospice cycle. Own the cycle-fill process end to end and help grow enrollment — a key revenue driver for Proveri.
Inventory accuracy. Daily cycle counts, par levels, e-kit management, and keeping our balance-on-hand trustworthy.
The systems. Build the SOPs, checklists, and workflow improvements that keep all four sites running to one standard.

You orchestrate the floor and jump in for surge or coverage when needed, but this is a leadership role, not a daily production seat.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

$28–$40/hour, placed by skill and experience — not just years
Up to $1,000 per quarter in performance bonus
Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate for any travel between sites

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Active California Pharmacy Technician license, in good standing
5+ years of pharmacy technician experience
Valid CA driver's license + reliable transportation (occasional travel to Modesto)
Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Strongly Preferred:

Lead or supervisory experience
Hospice and/or long-term care pharmacy background
CPhT certification
FrameworkLTC experience
Comfort with Email/ Excel / ASANA / AI Models
