We are a professional Multi-Specialty patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced professional Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and explain financial options while educating patients on the importance of great dental health. THIS WILL BE YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS! Other business at the front is handled by co team members. Your focus is the the patients education and keeping our Dr.'s schedules full and efficient.

Process payments

Answer phones, schedule treatment appointments, and manage the daily schedule

Qualifications & Skills

DENTRIX IS A MUST

Previous experience in a dental setting is a must.

Proficiency in patient management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Customer service experience.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
