Co-Ax Enterprises is a growing, small-scale construction company based in Hyde Park, UT. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship and reliable service. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and help keep our office running smoothly.

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Bookkeeper to handle our financial records. This position is based out of our Hyde Park office, but we are open to flexible, hybrid work-from-home options once training is complete. This is a part-time role offering excellent flexibility with hours. For the right applicant with advanced qualifications, this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan statements monthly.
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Handle invoicing, client collections, and vendor payment tracking.
Assist with construction-specific financial tasks (e.g., tracking job costs, subcontractor lien waivers).
Prepare regular financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

Required: Proven experience using QuickBooks Online.
Required: Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business environment.
Required: Ability to commute to the Hyde Park, UT office as needed.
Preferred: Knowledge of the construction industry (job costing, progress billing).
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
