Kitchen Team Chef

We're searching for a Kitchen Team Chef who enjoys cooking, values quality, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Whether you're perfecting a classic recipe or suggesting a new menu item, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on the people you serve every day.

What You'll Do

Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Plan and coordinate meal preparation to ensure food is ready on time and served at the proper temperature.
Prepare ingredients.
Prepare a variety of menus and meals using a variety of cooking techniques and experimenting with new recipes.
Help keep our menu rotating and fresh by sharing ideas for specials and new recipes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperatures.
Receive, store, and rotate inventory following food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to create an enjoyable dining experience for employees.
Assist with kitchen cleanup and equipment maintenance at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

Previous cooking or food service experience is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
