Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to oversee our Customer Service department and support our order processing operations. The position will also manage warranty claims and oversee our AI-driven customer service processes

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Handle warranty claims, including receiving claims, evaluating product issues, coordinating replacements or repairs, and communicating outcomes to customers.
Manage and maintain AI-based customer service processes, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with company brand and policies.
Work within Gorgias to manage support tickets, update automation rules, and improve customer communication workflows.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and orders processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous call center or outbound calling experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
