As a Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in the attracting and hiring of customer service minded team players and leaders to help Fox continue to be Iconic. Responsibilities:

Quickly establish and maintain high level of credibility and relationships with stakeholders
Accelerate/Maintain momentum of implementation of established Fox strategic TA processes
Provide exemplary leadership as defined and represented by Fox Core Values
Coach & develop TA team members as exemplary leaders who promote Fox Core Values and adhere to principles of “What Excellence Looks Like in TA”
Cast and promote vision throughout Fox in support of talent initiatives
Oversee budget and operations of the TA team
Collaborate with Marketing to build TA employer branding
Contribute as a member of the Tactical Leadership Team
Monitor the marketplace and proactively address potential sourcing, recruiting, and staffing challenges
Provide training and support to hiring managers
Strategic planning to ensure talent availability in support of Fox growth plans
Collaborate with departmental and branch leaders in supporting future potential talent and leadership needs
Assist with design, promotion and implementation of team member development initiatives to boost number of qualified internal candidates for advanced positions and leadership opportunities
Seek feedback from supported departments for improving processes and results
Continually assess and improve TA strategic processes for maximum effectiveness and ROI
Promote effective policy development which promotes growth, invites engagement, and maintains legal and safety compliance
Maintain an overall knowledge of recruiting best practices and legal compliance
This is an in office position and not Remote

Expert understanding of Fox culture and how to maintain it
Expert understanding of Fox strategic TA processes for all departments
Expert understanding of assessment instruments and hiring tools utilized in Fox strategic TA processes
Agility to respond quickly to changing talent demands
Superior emotional intelligence (self awareness, self management, self control, reading others & handling difficult, sensitive and potentially volatile situations)
Level 4+ visionary leader with servant attitude and history of operational excellence
Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
Successful experience in leading recruiting/talent acquisitions initiatives and teams
Team player who builds trust and confidence quickly with stakeholders at all levels
Financial and budget experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly mature with ability to relate to full range of Fox team members and leadership

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven leadership excellence
5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
5+ years of leadership experience in the recruiting/talent acquisition arena
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Must be authorized to work in the US
