Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Escrow Assistant and become a vital part of the real estate transaction process! In this energetic role, you will support escrow officers by managing essential documentation, coordinating communication between parties, and ensuring smooth, accurate processing of escrow files. Your proactive approach will help facilitate seamless property closings, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders alike. This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine, contributing directly to successful real estate transactions.

Duties

Assist escrow officers in preparing, reviewing, and organizing escrow documents and disclosures
Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title companies to ensure timely updates and responses
Verify the accuracy of all transaction information, including titles, escrow instructions, and financial data
Track deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed for closing procedures
Maintain meticulous records of all transaction activities and correspondence for compliance purposes
Support the funding process by reviewing wire transfers and ensuring funds are correctly allocated
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the escrow process

Experience

Previous experience in real estate escrow, title services, or a related administrative role is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in document review and data entry
Proficiency in using escrow software platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and other relevant tools is advantageous
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting
