We are actively hiring Service BDC Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Powersports location in Logan Utah . If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

In this role, you’ll connect with customers through calls, texts, and digital communication to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance needs, and support the service team. Responsibilities

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments

- Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service
- call center
- or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
