Are you ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead who not only understands dispatching but can lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work directly alongside the Branch Operations Manager as their right hand, helping drive efficiency, support the team, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an in office position and not remote.

What we are looking for:
Full-Time (9am - 6pm)-

High School Diploma required; some college preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred

Experience with computer database systems or software

Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency

Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
