Denik is a growing custom notebook and lifestyle brand sold in 16,000+ retail locations including Target, Barnes & Noble, and Nordstrom. Our mission — "Art Can Change The World" — has funded the construction of 10 schools in developing countries. We're looking for someone to own and grow our direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel.
The Role
You'll be the primary dedicated ecommerce hire — responsible for running denik.com and driving online revenue. This is a hands-on role with real channel and strategy ownership: you'll manage the Shopify storefront, run paid advertising, execute email/SMS marketing, and own the numbers. You'll build the playbook before you build the team.
What You'll Own
- Shopify storefront — product merchandising, site experience, conversion optimization, and online product launches (2+ per month)
- Paid acquisition — plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns within budget; track ROAS and CAC daily
- Email & SMS — own the email marketing program including lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and 2–4 campaigns per week
- Analytics & reporting — maintain a weekly dashboard covering revenue, traffic, conversion, and ad performance; report to leadership with clear takeaways
- Cross-functional coordination — work with creative on ad assets and product content; coordinate with operations on inventory and fulfillment
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of ecommerce experience, ideally with consumer/physical products
- Hands-on Shopify experience — you can update products, build pages, and troubleshoot without a developer
- Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads at $5K–$25K+/mo with measurable ROI
- Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email/SMS platform — you've built flows and ran campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mentality — you'll own this seat
Preferred: SEO fundamentals, basic design skills, A/B testing experience, background in lifestyle/gift/creative products
Comp: Based on experience and value added

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
