Window Cleaning Technician — Leadership Track
Mountain View Window WashingCache Valley, Utah, Full-time Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–3:00 or 4:00 p.m. Optional Saturdays
Compensation
- Two weeks of paid training at $15–$16 per hour
- After training, technicians generally earn a base equivalent of $18–$22 per hour + daily bonuses.
- Technicians are paid a percentage of completed job revenue, so earnings increase with efficiency and production
- Tips and performance bonuses available weekly

About the Position
Mountain View Window Washing is hiring two full-time Window Cleaning Technicians.
This is a hands-on field position with a genuine opportunity to grow into leadership. You will begin by learning our window-cleaning process, customer-service standards, equipment, and job-management system.
As you demonstrate strong performance, reliability, leadership, and sound judgment, you may advance into roles such as Senior Technician, Team Lead, and eventually Field Operations Manager.
The right person could begin leading jobs and technicians within approximately 30 days. Advancement is not based only on time worked. It is based on your ability to consistently perform the responsibilities of the next role.
What You’ll Do As A Window Cleaning Technician
- Perform residential and light commercial window cleaning
- Clean interior and exterior glass using ladders and professional equipment
- Arrive on time and prepared for each workday
- Complete assigned jobs safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
- Review the scope of work with customers when needed
- Perform final quality-control checks
- Protect customers’ homes, landscaping, furniture, and property
- Keep company vehicles, tools, towels, and equipment clean and organized
- Complete basic vehicle and equipment inspections
- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock equipment
- Participate in short team huddles and training
- Use a smartphone and simple apps for schedules, job information, communication, and reporting

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record acceptable to our insurance provider
- Reliable transportation to our daily starting location in Cache Valley
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing temperatures
- Comfortable safely using ladders up to approximately 28 feet
- Able to lift, carry, and move window-cleaning equipment
- Comfortable working inside customers’ homes
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile apps
- Able to reliably report for work by 7:00 a.m.
- Willing to complete a background check
- Willing to complete a drug screening if required
Employees use company vehicles during the workday. Personal transportation is only required to reach the daily starting location.
Schedule and Seasonality
The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, beginning around 7:00 a.m. and generally ending between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Saturday work may be available but is normally optional.
We operate year-round. Window-cleaning demand decreases during winter and the size of our field team may shrink. We continue cleaning windows through the winter and also install Christmas lights during late fall and early winter.
This is intended to be a long-term position, not a temporary summer job.
