iWorQ and TextMyGov are growing, and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on building and scaling our Sales Team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactively sourcing candidates, and takes ownership of the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. We are looking for a self-starter who understands that successful recruiting is about building relationships, creating pipelines, and consistently delivering quality hires.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and other business-critical positions
- Conduct daily candidate outreach using multiple recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking groups, and referral programs
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/zoom interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Extend offers and support successful onboarding of new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop and strengthen relationships with candidates, local communities, universities, and industry professionals
- Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
- Stay informed on recruiting best practices, labor laws, and employment trends

Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively identify talent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
Preferred
- Previous experience recruiting sales professionals
- Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus
- Experience recruiting in technology or SaaS environments
