Responsibilities:-
Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized
- Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality
- Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
- Guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them
- Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
Opening Leadership & Brand Readiness

Lead all Hilton readiness, pre‑opening, and activation calls

Operational Excellence

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Ramp‑Up

Partner with Structure Hospitality’s revenue and sales leaders to execute the opening commercial plan

Support pricing, restrictions, demand forecasting, and the 90‑day ramp‑up strategy

Drive local sales outreach, account development, RFP submissions, and brand channel optimization

Monitor weekly performance and adjust tactics to accelerate market penetration
Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train the entire hotel team

Set expectations early, coach decisively, and develop leaders, not passengers

Build a culture where people take pride in their work and support each other
Property Readiness & Compliance

Manage punch lists for guestrooms, public areas, back‑of‑house, and life‑safety systems

Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals required for opening

Financial & Administrative Management

Qualifications:-
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; we prefer a degree in hospitality or related field of study
- 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
- Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required

Located in a growing market with strong business, university, and leisure demand, this hotel is positioned for long‑term success from day one.
The property will be operated by Structure Hospitality, a hotel management company based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Structure Hospitality specializes in select‑service and extended‑stay hotels, with a hands‑on approach to operations, revenue management, and sales. As the General Manager, you will work closely with their leadership team and benefit from proven systems, tools, and support—while still owning the daily execution and culture of the hotel.
