- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to improve AI performance across defense and humanitarian applications.

- Excellent analytical, research, and policy evaluation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex operational and legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in military leadership, defense organizations, government agencies, legal advisory roles, or policy think tanks.
- Background in conflict analysis, war crimes investigations, weapons policy, or international security.
- Experience advising on military operations, humanitarian response, or defense policy development.
- Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies, or applying military and legal expertise to technology evaluation projects.
- Interest in supporting the responsible development of AI systems used in defense and humanitarian contexts.
