As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented in-house creative professional who can help elevate our brand through high-performing video, photography, and social content.
Position Overview
RVLock is looking for a skilled, self-driven In-House Videographer / Photographer to join our marketing and creative team. This person will own video and photo production from concept through final delivery, creating polished paid advertising content, product photography, lifestyle content, and short-form social media videos.
This is a mid-career role for someone who has already developed strong technical and creative skills and is ready to make a meaningful impact on a growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate can operate independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently produce high-quality content with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality video ads for paid social, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
- Produce short-form social media content tailored to each platform.
- Own the full production workflow, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Capture product and lifestyle photography for marketing campaigns, website content, product launches, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Manage and maintain production equipment, studio setup, and digital asset libraries.
- Stay current on platform trends, creative formats, and performance-driven content strategies.
- Deliver multiple projects on deadline in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Occasionally direct on-screen talent, product shoots, and lifestyle content.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional video production experience.
- Experience working in-house, with an agency, or in an e-commerce / retail environment preferred.
- Strong photography experience, including product and lifestyle photography.
- A strong portfolio showing paid ad creative, organic social content, and polished brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong cinematography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio.
- Understanding of what makes content perform across social platforms and paid advertising channels.
- Experience with performance-driven creative, including A/B testing concepts and metrics such as CTR, view-through rates, and conversion data.
- Highly organized and able to manage projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills are a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Drone operation experience.
- Experience using AI tools to generate, enhance, or improve content.
- Ability to work from a brand guide and create consistent visual storytelling across channels.
